Who is Djemai3T

djemai3t is a fusion of energies of three multidisciplinary engineer brothers, driven by a deep conviction: saving lives in the high-risk oil and gas sector.
This union offers the learner and the trainer inspiring and innovative solutions for HSE learning.

Our Belief

Given the risks associated with the Oil & Gas, the occurrence of incidents/accidents is of paramount importance, resulting in:

– Fatality on people.
– Impact on property and the environment.

In this context, the behaviour of personnel at various levels must be exemplary in terms of health preservation, integrity of installations and environmental protection.

Our vision is to support players in the oil and gas sector by going beyond the limits of traditional training. We aim to drive behavioral change through digital transformation.

In order to achieve a change in the behaviour and reflexes of personnel towards an optimal HSE culture optimal, we have developed our vision of digital transformation and propose the F.I.R.S.T concept as an integrated and innovative FIRST . HSE training accelerator in Virtual Reality.

Aiming to change the behaviour of the staff (including Managers) in the Oil & Gas sector, in a prevention-based approach. Following international standards and inspired by the IOGP bibliographic database.

HSE Training

Our participatory approach puts the learner at the center of their training, guided by a trainer. We integrate the three levels of knowledge: knowledge, interpersonal skills and know-how.

Tools

We use virtual reality as an educational tool, maximizing its benefits to improve attention, perception and performance.

Integration

Innovative HSE Virtual Reality Training Accelerator, for the benefit of the trainer and the learner, which allows skills-oriented, modular and integrated learning.
